Aichi » Inuyama, Seto, Ichinomiya
The former site of the Aichi Expo (held in 2005) has been transformed into a large urban park as a memorial park.
The park features one of the tallest Ferris wheels in the Tokai region, “Satsuki and Mei’s House,” which was very popular during the Expo, a spacious lawn, beautiful gardens, an ice skating rink, and a 5.1 km cycling course, allowing visitors to enjoy themselves all day long.
On weekends, gourmet, sports, marché, and other unique events attract many people.
A stroll through the area is also recommended, taking in the beautiful flowers that bloom in each of the four seasons. The scenery that changes with each season provides visitors with a rich and enriching experience.

The indoor facility “Ghibli’s Grand Warehouse,” the “Hill of Youth,” inspired by the setting of the movie “Ears to the Past,” and the “Dondoko Mori” including Satsuki and May’s house make this a must-see spot for Ghibli fans.
Children are also very satisfied! A children’s museum where the entire building is playground equipment
The Children’s Center is a facility that is sure to delight children, with the entire four-story building serving as a playground and open space where they can enjoy athletic equipment such as a tunnel-like aerial corridor and Tarzan ropes.
Since it is indoors, children can play safely even in rainy or cold weather. Children can experience a variety of play activities centered around the Challenge Tower, which draws out their boundless energy.
Skate Kingdom for year-round fun
There is an ice skating rink that can be enjoyed all year round. Ice shows featuring famous skaters are also held, making it an irresistible attraction for skating enthusiasts. Shoes are available for rent, so first-timers can easily join in the fun.

The Morino Gakusha is an environmental learning facility where visitors can enjoy nature experiences and crafts. Exhibits and seasonal programs are held in the building, allowing visitors to learn while experiencing nature.
In particular, the “Walking with an Interpreter Tour” allows visitors to walk around the park with an “interpreter,” a forest guide, and enjoy interacting with nature.
On the Turtle Pond Course, visitors can take their time to enjoy the creatures and scenery of the waterside. Through the experiences at Morino Gakusha, visitors can learn about the importance of nature and the environment, and think about nature conservation while having fun.
